About the system

The information system CIR.Pharmacy is designed for automation of the technologic process at medical institution pharmacies. The main goal is to increase effectiveness and quality of a pharmacy work and also profitability of business-processes at a medical institution.

The system purpose

The subsystem can perform the following functions:
• keeping the register of pharmaceuticals and expendable materials;
• management of purchasing pharmaceuticals and expendable materials;
• receiving and providing information for organization of planned needs in pharmaceuticals and expendable materials at a medical institution subdivisions;
• registration, document execution, keeping, task organization and control of receipt notes from contractors to a medical institution warehouse;

• registration, document execution, keeping, task organization and control of requisitions for pharmaceuticals and medical devices from a medical institution warehouse (the M-11 form);
• registration, document execution, keeping, task organization and control of credit notes from a medical institution departments;

• registration, document execution, keeping, task organization and control of certificates of depreciation from a medical institution warehouse;
• stocktaking at departments and the pharmacy warehouse;

• control and recording of a medical institution financing items;
• control of emergency supplies and expiration dates of pharmaceuticals;
• control of effectiveness of pharmaceuticals and finances expenditures;
• opportunity of working with several pharmacy warehouses;
• closing the accounting period;
• high quality, immediate execution of report documents fitting the specified requirements (inventory report, inventory check-sheet, sampling sheet, book of notes registration, accounting taxed requisition slips, report on income/expenditure of pharmacy supply in monetary terms);
• access to the reference database.

Description of the solution

The CIR.Pharmacy subsystem includes several modules:
• Pharmacy warehouse staff member;
• Chief of department;
• Head nurse;
• Accounts department;
• Administration.

For manager:

• systematical high quality organization and control of inventory items and documents flow at all stages of the operational cycle;
• executing high quality, reliable reports;
• quick search for necessary documents based on different criteria.

For pharmacy warehouse staff:

• organization of high quality, systematical work with documents and inventory items;
• quick browsing of inventory items remains at the pharmacy subdivisions;
• control of the documents and inventory items flow at all stages of the operational cycle;
• access to reference information for all concerned category of staff;
• immediate execution of well-formed reports.

For accounts department staff:

• quick and convenient upload of data on inventory items and document flow into the system of data exchange with accounting programs in order to organize long-term planning of the medical institution work.

For head nurse:

• quick high quality formation and submission of requisitions, applications for receiving inventory items from the pharmacy, minimization of errors;
• organization and control of reporting during execution of documents from different sources of financing;
• convenience, simplicity, efficiency of report execution.

For chief of department:

• convenient tool for organization and control of inventory items usage at the department;
• convenience of approving requisitions, applications for inventory items in the pharmacy.

For clinical pharmacologist:

• creating and development of forms for pharmaceuticals;
