On June 10-11 in Kazan took place XIII International Conference "Technologies of Innovative Healthcare" (TIH), established and hosted annually by “Corporate Information Routines (CIR)" and "DICOM Consulting” companies.
Orientation of the conference remains the same - efficient healthcare management with the use of innovative technologies. During the event, participants and guests of the conference discussed the directions of further development of public healthcare in Russia and other countries. The conference was attended by representatives of 15 countries: Russia, Great Britain, Norway, Yemen, Iran, Germany, Czech Republic, Azerbaijan, India, Belarus and other.
In the conference also participated heads of administrations, representatives of regional departments, ministries and departments of Health, Information and Communication, leaders of the compulsory healthcare insurance companies, hospitals and leading specialists of various companies in Russia, Europe and Asia.
Conference was opened by the Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Adele Vafin. Linar Yakupov, Head of Investment and Development Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, stressed the importance of the conference and congratulated the participants and guests on the upcoming holiday - Day of Medical Worker.
MD Salman Magomedov - Project manager for the Development of Healthcare Insurance and Medical Infrastructure from "SOGAZ" - made a report on "Information Technology in Occupational Healthcare", thus opening a new direction in the work of the conference and setting a productive tone for the roundtables. In his speech, S. Magomedov stressed the need for personalized health status monitoring of the employees of the Oil and other industrial sectors.
On information technology in medical organizations spoke MD, CEO of "Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center" Rustem Khayrullin.
Every year, TIH conference provides an opportunity to learn about experience and achieved results in different countries. This year, Head of the Dushanbe Healthcare - Munin Bobukul, shared on informatization and modernization of Healthcare of the Republic of Tajikistan. On E-Government and E-Healthcare of Kyrgyz Republic spoke Sukombaeva Chinar - ICT development coordinator of the "Democratic Governance." From the Republic of Uzbekistan, Alonur Saidov, Director of the Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion of the Ministry of Health, shared on the modernization of healthcare and the further development of E-Healthcare in the country.
At the end of the plenary meeting, the Chairman of the "Technologies of Innovative Healthcare" conference Organizing Committee, Doctor of Economics, Sungatov Rustam, presented the "Healthcare 2.0" report - vision for the New Healthcare development.
A distinctive feature of the 13th conference was the presentation of innovative platform HELTERBOOK, developed by "DICOM Consulting." In the framework of the conference a presentation of «DICOM Clinic» took place with demonstration of the latest medical information system developed for commercial clinics, having a large number of optional modules that can be configured to the requirements of each customer.
Within the framework of the conference took place panel discussions (round tables) on the "Unified State Healthcare System of the Region (USHSR) and the state of affairs in the regions", combined with a round table on the New Healthcare, and "USHSR and Compulsory Healthcare Insurance funds: issues and challenges in the new information environment." In addition, on the 11 of June, under the guidance of Tatiana Zarubina, took place a regular meeting of the Profile Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation on the Introduction of Modern Information Systems in Healthcare. Representatives of more than 40 regions of Russia discussed challenges and successes in their regions, and exchanged experiences.
